Florida Residents

There is a 3 Day waiting period for Florida residents.

If either person has a Florida Driver’s License or is a Florida resident, you will need to obtain the license yourself. Couples will receive their license immediately, however there will be a 3-day waiting period for the license to become valid. This means Florida residents cannot marry until 3 days after receiving their marriage license.
